I guess, so thinking about this upcoming residency or just thinking back on how these performance residencies work, tell us a little bit about the process of finding choreographers, the process of finding dancers, and probably the process of trust for letting those things come together and then produce it in a short time.

Jacob HenssGUEST
Finding the choreographers, well we did it different this year, so I'll start with actually dancers.

Jacob HenssGUEST
Normally we hire choreographers first, then hire dancers based on that, which is a very traditional model to a sense, and we decided not to do that this year.

Jacob HenssGUEST
We always have a flux of dancers that come and audition for our organization, and we almost always hire every single one of them.

Jacob HenssGUEST
There's been in the past years like one or two people that we couldn't based on scheduling changes, but we hire everyone, and we're hoping we can continue to do that.

Jacob HenssGUEST
So hire the dancers first, because we're really trying to be dancer forward, curate choreographers to fit that.

And how does like what your kind of standard schedule, how does that kind of contribute to the work that you're able to do at Space Station?
