was just gonna say something even as innocuous as like cute animal videos that my wife and i might send back oh wow like grills and stuff like you can't even believe some of those anymore like you see things and it's like it's adorable but you're like you know this is too perfect this is too cute and you can't even trust something like a cute animal video and so if you can't trust that what what can you trust

I went to a farmer's market about a week and a half ago, maybe two weeks ago, and there was someone selling these little handmade coasters or little things that they have printed on water bottles and 90% of their art that they used on these bottles was just very clearly AI.

So it's it is everywhere.

And to the point where I'll see a picture or a video, I'm like, wow, that's really good.

I like that.

It's like a fishing video that I will have to watch it almost frame by frame to see, oh, there's a slight color shift there.

on this part of the fish or whatnot it's like okay that's not natural that's not how that how that works i say i and then off i go to the next one it's it's crazy how good it got how and how quickly it got to the point where it's getting harder to tell they've got normal amount of fingers now their teeth line up so the normal tricks work or aren't working anymore but yeah it's it's getting bad

10 30 p.m

it was about an hour every single person on our team went through and stood up in front of the room and talked about like three things they're just absolutely thankful for it's really cool because everybody's thankfuls were a little different um you know and so i think it's a good reminder just to always talk about what you're thankful for and separate from the why your why is your wide triangle that you you made a decision before the summer that like when when things get hard like you're going to think about your why Well, it's really, really, really, really hard when it's July or June 5th, whatever today is to like to like think about the why when it's really, really hard.

So having like multiple times a week openly open conversations about like things you're thankful for on a day to day basis just makes it so much easier to be happy.

Like for me, for example, I talked about last night.

I'm so thankful.

And I looked in front of all the guys like I'm so thankful that like each and every one of the guys in the room like chooses to let me lead them.

Because, like, ever since I was little, I've always, like, wanted to be a leader.
