Yeah, slow to hire, quick to fire.

And I would also say this is a life principle.

This is not just a leadership principle, although a lot of leadership principles are life principles and vice versa, right? I firmly believe that even if you're not leading people, you're still leading yourself.

You could be leading your family.

You could be leading your friends.

If we hold them accountable, will they leave on their own? Will they decide that on their own? Is it only because we are tolerating certain behaviors that it even goes on as long as it does? If we stepped in with smaller things before the firing of it all, before the quick to fire, could it be that they would self-select out? I don't know the answer, but I'm curious on your thoughts.
