Mm-hmm
26:33
... you kinda have to start somewhere where everyone kind of understands where they're coming from.
26:36
So I think a lot of, like, origin story type of things is, is really important when you're trying to tell a story that not everyone is, is accustomed to.
26:43
Um, so I think that could be, like, a, a main thing.
26:47
But also I, I, you know, I, he's been doing this for, like, a long time.
26:51
I have no idea what he's doing now.
26:52
He could be...
31:48
Mm-hmm.
speaker_11UNKNOWN
26:46
Yeah, really,
26:46
really big curve.
26:47
And I just remember a lot of support and love and very much a really welcoming environment for me, because I think everyone obviously knew that it was my first job ever.
26:57
And really, from that point on to where I am now, just the journey of it has been such a blur, honestly, I think.
27:04
The last 10 years, time is such a crazy thing because you don't ever really think about it until you're sitting down and talking about it.
27:14
Life in general, the people that we got to meet and work with and build lasting relationships with, It's been such a, it's really been, I've just been super lucky and really blessed to be a part of something so magical.
27:29
You know, I think a lot of people overstay their welcome.

27 MINS LATER

54:22
log
25:59
Doesn't that allow you to be present?
26:01
It does because you're not thinking about how people perceive you.
26:03
You're just really enjoying the moment.
26:06
And I think for myself, I, I...
26:11
It's just, like, growing up, like, you know, being bullied and stuff, I was always kind of self-conscious and, and, you know, insecure about my life and everything.
26:20
That, you know, once we started doing movies and, and people started, like, knowing who I was and, you know, talking all kinds of nonsense about me and I, I felt like there was nothing I could control other than how I perceived the world.
26:34
And so that was really freeing, but it took me a while to get to that point because I, you know, I'd kind of watched other people, like Tom and Z, kind of go through it all, and they handle a lot of it with grace.

6 MINS LATER

32:57
And that's what they know.
speaker_7UNKNOWN
23:08
Um, you know, how has that impacted the chemistry there on screen?
23:12
Yeah, I, I think our chemistry was pretty apparent from our first, uh, meeting together.
23:16
I, I think, um, a lot of why they, they had us all together was because we had such a great rapport from the beginning.
23:23
And it's just only grown, obviously, and I mean, we, we've been through a lot of life together.
speaker_15UNKNOWN
24:16
[laughs]
24:16
And [laughs] um, at the time I had no idea that, you know, it was gonna be Spider-Man.
24:21
I, I, I was not really a big comic guy in the beginning, so um, it wasn't until my cousin told me that it was Spider-Man.
24:29
Like, he's the only superhero that's in high school, man.
4:11
[laughs]
4:11
Yeah, no, I think they, they were able to carry on with their dreams that they had from No Way Home, unfortunately without Peter.
4:18
Um, and I think that we were able to really bring that to life in, in the sense of we actually grew up and are having jobs and doing-
4:28
[laughs]
4:28
And, uh, [laughs] that's pretty great.
4:30
And, um, it's, it's sad to say that we probably had a great time without Peter because we were able to build these lives and, and truly become who, who we're supposed to be.
4:41
And we are still carrying those character quirks.
4:43
You know, I think Ned is still incredibly obsessed with Spider-Man.
5:22
Did you guys read together, audition together and read together?
5:26
Yeah.
5:26
Yeah, so I had done, like, the traditional thing of...
5:29
Well, I think self tapes at the time were still kinda new.
5:31
Um, so I did, I did a couple of those, and then we did a screen test together for the first time.
5:35
And I think ever since, like, that time, it, it...
5:38
Back in like 2016, it just, I think that the chemistry was pretty apparent.
10:19
What's so great about him?
speaker_12PANELIST
93:41
Just here
93:42
... at that point in time we didn't know what the fuck was happening, so I think that was really crazy.
93:47
And I was lucky enough to just like be a part of that thing and kinda just watch them kinda put it together like seriously like in the last minute.
93:55
And, uh, I thought it was gonna end completely differently.
speaker_12PANELIST
97:09
... going for it
97:09
... going crazy.
97:09
Yeah.
97:10
I think, I think a lot of things that I do, um, luckily they just kinda give me free range to kinda just fucking go crazy.
