Absolutely.

Oklahoma State ended their 21-game losing streak against FBS opponents in style.

But matter of fact, it was a 12-game active losing streak, which was the longest active losing streak in college football.

And they ended it with a victory over a top-five Oregon Ducks team in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

And I think that's the first time ever in college football history that a team has ended a losing streak with a victory over a top five team.

That's pretty huge, right? That is freaking awesome, like seeing what Oklahoma State did on Saturday.

What does, like, a development side look like for you on a day-to-day basis?

Yeah, I think before I answer that, I, I, I gotta just back up a hair about, like, where a lot of ph- the philosophies that have become true to me originated from, and you were talking about a little bit before, but I, that's why I'm so grateful to have been kind of mentored and brought up by, by John Carroll.

And he's a, a prep school legend up here, and just has very defined and refined culture, and he's got a language and a strong beliefs and foundations on how to approach kids that are this age.

We work mostly with 15, 16, to 19 and 20-year-old kids, that, that range.

I don't know how many better people there are in the country.

A lot of what I'll share has originated and then maybe morphed a little bit to fit me, but it's, we share a lot of similar philosophies.

So I think from, it's t- it's a couple-fold, but from a specific player development side on, on the actual on-court training, uh, we believe, uh, with the kids that we work with in repetition, that is, that's the number one.

How do you help guide and navigate your team and your players into college with the transfer portal being such a, a thing now?
