But what is the difference between club football and national football and how it works? And also the difference between men and women's football?

I was at Villa for five years and as football goes, sometimes new managers come in.

Steven Gerrard came in and he wanted to bring his own staff with him, which is completely understandable.

It's the way football goes.

I don't hold a grudge about it because it happened exactly the same when I went to QPR.

I went to QPR, staff had to leave for me to come in and then fast forward six, seven years later, I've been the same at Villa when Steven Gerrard came in with his own staff.

That's the reality of football, which people need to understand.

With Australia, but also with Lyon, that's a big change in how we work and what the work looks like.
