Yeah, that's the journalist- jour- journalistic part, right? Is that if you get a press release, that you look one layer below what those words on the page say.

And often I think games journalism today and why some people push back greatly against what it's turned into is a part of this aggregation sort of, um, Google-focused SEO churn type work.

And the people in that work, I, I can't have anything but sympathy for them.

I was in that work as well as a CNET writer when I started, right? Where you're thinking very much about how can I get people to click on the story? How can I get people to come to the website? And it's been a little bit of a race to the bottom because of Google.

Google itself is the reason that this story exists, in my opinion.

But it's a, it's a bleak picture that, uh, you know, ClickOut and what they, you know, what they, what you outline in the story really is just a product invented as a result of Google's practices and taking advantage of what even a complimentary sense would be called, like, a loophole, but is, but is really a natural byproduct of the internet and culture and business environment that Google, Facebook, others cultivated over the last 20 years.

Meanwhile, these factors, and some others, have also been driving up the price of gold's notoriously volatile cousin, silver.

Often, if gold moves one way, silver will, will move twice as far the same direction.

And I mean, it's done something similar to that this year.

And for silver, there's kind of diverse use cases.

I mean, gold is used either in jewelry or it's used essentially just as an investment asset, whereas silver has quite a sizable chunk of annual silver supply goes into industrial applications.

Photovoltaic solar cells, that's a growing source of demand.

And so for the last couple of years, the market has been in deficit.

Dollar prices floated freely, and the price of gold started to rise.
