Um, yeah, I can do.

I guess the answer is, is there's at least two answers.

You know, one is the BNG answer, is that you, you know, at the outset of that agreement, you're entering into a 30-year arrangement.

You're agreeing to do certain things on that piece of land, and that's what you've agreed to do.

So, you know, the, the sort of initial answer to that question is no, you can't change it, you know.

Um, we, we've been involved in quite a few landscape recovery schemes, um, which are not BNG, although sometimes they have BNG as part of it, and that's a bit different.

Um, how does signing a field onto a BNG impact its land classification for purposes of BPR, which is business property relief, and agricultural property relief? Quite topical still, I think.
