So do you wanna tell us a bit about how you, I guess, hospo, craft beer, your time there?

Sure.

Yeah.

I mean, I think that, uh, I kind of always wanted to be a bartender from the age of like 16.

Um, I really liked the idea of that and just kind of being in the service industry, probably not in terms of the hospitality, but more about, um, just being part of a culture.

Um, and I guess as a 16, 17-year-old, I, I really kind of identified with what I felt being a bartender represented.

So, um, kind of as soon as I turned 18, I started applying for jobs everywhere and got knocked back everywhere 'cause I had no experience of course.
