Yeah.

You know, the canonical story that scars me from this is the one of Epic where, you know, Obama passed this very famous like digital health bill in like 2007 or 8 or something that basically was like every hospital in this country will be digital within the next decade.

And they provided these massive incentives, like they were paying 10 grand per clinician at a hospital to like sign up to an EPR.

So massive government subsidies were flowing into these hospitals to move on to these EPRs.

And the person that advised on that bill was Judy Faulkner, who's the CEO of Epic.

And so she literally wrote this bill that... essentially got the government to fund the procurement of her technology company across the country.
