essentially we all know about settler violence this is something that's not new i'm sure to many of the viewers here and i think that sometimes there's this attempt in the mainstream media and in many other platforms to talk about settler violence as being random or wild or unpredictable, and that's not our experience and the experience of many others of settler violence.

Settler violence is calculated, it's strategic, and it serves a purpose.

In the video that you can see on the screen, this is a mass raid of over 100 settlers in the town of Jalut, in Area B, where they instigated an attack against Palestinians, against Palestinian property.

And really large numbers, as you can see them running across the screen.

And in this report, what we want to try and convey, if there's one message that we're trying to focus on for this report, is that the goal of settler violence and all those backing settler violence is the depopulation of Palestinians from the West Bank and the annexation of the land, the strategy is to intimidate, to make life unlivable for these Palestinians.

And then the method is violence.

and supporting it.
