Can you tell us a bit about the team and how you structured it and what makes it such a great team and keeping the right people around you?

Yeah, I mean, they're all really interesting individuals at NH.

And I think we do have a really good team ethos, but there's some star players in there.

I mean, I've just come back from Malmo where we were part of a festival with Hylia Briggery, who are based in Malmo.

And our logistics manager, Johan, he... he's from Amherst, so I brought him out with me and, um, Yeah, it's amazing how we're only a team of 13.

And that includes really sort of squeezing some part-timers together into a full person.

So it's amazing how much we've managed to do with so few people.

How did you go about marketing it and, you know, trying to, like, practically, like, basically taking on the big guns Guinness in, you know, there's a, I think one of the slogans was, there's a London's equivalent of, you know, Guinness.
