Why did you choose these 23?

Yes.

Uh, it's a great question.

Um, like it's funny because I, I think some of our, uh, some fantastic, uh, players in training didn't get selected and that's, um, that's really tough for them, especially when, when they're training well.

But it like, it's a player profile thing as well.

I think that's a, that's a big one.

Uh, we had a, a pretty good, uh, build up and I think from my end we've gone with a, like the, the backline is very young.

John Cassidy.

So how does that opportunity come up? Because were you already working predominantly maybe in the women's game at that stage when Canada came calling or was it something else happened there?

No, not really.

So I became a development officer really early.

Like I was 18, 19 and suddenly you get the Leinster logo and you tinker it.

you know, everything.

And when clearly you're just, you're a bluffer and you're kind of scared about everything that happens.

I had to learn really, really quickly.

Good luck in America.
