Um, you know, they, they, they had a great work ethic, and they w- they loved him and they loved The Beatles, and they were b- extremely Beatle influenced, and it would've been a great match.

Um, but as much as I thought about that in the beginning, I knew that I would have to put together a band of, of, uh, his contemporaries, and, um, and that's what he wanted.

And I knew, you know, Hugh McCracken and Andy Newmark and Tony Levin and that crew would be ...
