I asked senior men's coach Jack Dalton how he handles team selection and the pressure that comes with that.

It's probably relationships are even more important now and kind of how you handle different conversations with different individuals.

You know, some you can give a bit of a rev up to, others you need to give a bit of a cuddle.

So, yeah, it has changed a fair bit, but it's just about understanding and I guess the individual more or less than anything else and understanding what makes them tick, you know, what works for them and what doesn't.

And then you can kind of challenge and reward in different ways too.
