So I guess we, you know, we actually do quite a lot of different work at the LTA for, for, for, for those listeners who don't know, um, we're the go- governing body for tennis and padel in Britain.

Um, and that role spans kind of governing and growing game, so the kind of governance of the sport.

But we also operate two facilities, the National Tennis Center, um, in London and the Lexus, um, Nottingham Tennis Center here in Nottingham, um, which is the kind of the biggest kind of community accessible, uh, center certainly in the country.

Um, so th- those facilities have a footprint, and we're looking at how we kind of lead by example and decarbonize, you know.

Here in, in Nottingham, I think 20% of, of the kind of annual electricity consumption is generated by, by solar panels on the roof.

There's more, more we can do in that space for sure.

I, I think I found this in my career that, you know, my engineering work has been successful, but my efforts to really communicate it broadly and communicate it effectively has really amplified the opportunities that I've been able to have professionally.
