Most of my projects, probably 75% of my projects, is something that I'm actually, you know, speaks, I've spoken to the client originally before any architect, any designer gets involved.

And I ne- I normally put all the team together so we, we get everything to fruition, um, right up to building control.

So I'm, I'm a little bit of a, a control freak-

How did it work for you then?

right okay so after the budget and then what happened straight after the budget did they all get on the phone to you

It's funny because we normally get about two or three tenders over the November, December period.

We're looking at six now.

Really? And they're big jobs, yeah.

They're anything circa about half a million to a million quid.

Are they? So I've just had an influx in the last two weeks of big tenders.

Probably 25% of them are architects I've not worked with before and some that I've managed to to to get into a tender yeah because i've started talking you know you know i talk to people yes you do 12 months before i actually do any work so i do a lot of background work to make sure that we you know we are possibly the chosen builder for that project um but yeah this year seems to be yeah you know i've managed to get two out in the last uh couple of weeks and i've still got another four to try and plow through
