So I'd love to hear why you made that switch and how your career has progressed.

Yeah, happy to tell you it was a it's easy to kind of tell this story now.

I'm not sure that I had it all mapped out at the time, but I, um, I did graduate, uh, from, uh, undergrad with a finance degree.

And that's what I was convinced I wanted to do.

I wanted to be the CFO, um, of a company.

Um, And so I went to work.

I actually went to work at Johnson & Johnson right out of school in this financial leadership development program.
