right um so i kind of to be fair it did kind of remove the race nerves beforehand because i was kind of like whatever happens happens um so i went into it like quite calm um and then i just stuck behind becky for the first k or so and then um we both got to the low uh low rig yeah and like um we both failed it because i think it was just very chaotic at that moment i think Because it was the mass start, wasn't it? It was men and women, which changed up things.

And then after that, I just got into a good running rhythm.

I was feeling quite chill.

And yeah.

And then going on to the second lap, I don't know if you found this, Becky, but my grip felt a lot better on the second lap than it did on the first lap.

so is i you've won the race so i'm guessing you don't want it to change much so i'm not going to ask you if you wanted any changes but which bit was your favorite part and and how do you think it suited you so much more to to be able to win this race other than other races
