I think you could really see that come across as well on Sunday.

The fact that as soon as those players entered the pitch, they had the big, huge grins on their faces.

Like, it wasn't kind of a letting the occasion get to them, and same at Dexcom Stadium as well.

Like, they, they wanted to play, they wanted to be there and show up, and put on ...

They keep talking about kind of spectacles and performances, and really showing up for the fans, and I think that's so evident in the joy that comes across when they play.

Um, and especially kind of one of the big successes I'd say from this tournament is that this is a really young team.

This is the first time it's to have one, or can I say one silverware? potentially going to win silverware in your lifetime so how big an occasion is this?

I mean I actually can't fit in towards the excitement I'm feeling like it's it's like you said it's the first time really that I've ever experienced a shot at silverware for Ulster so no it's it's a big occasion I had the semi-finals I was in Australia whilst they were on So I had my dad with the phone propped up, ready to go for the semis.

I think my phone went off at 2am and I was up, ready to go, watching that.

So, yeah, I can't quite believe we're in a position like this again.

It's going to be a special day on Friday, but fingers crossed they can do it.

Hopefully slightly more relaxed circumstances than watching it on a phone from the other side of the world.
