Where do you see it working well when we connect higher education and an apprentice and an employer? And what do you see as the barriers to those lines of communications?

Iyioluwa AdesanGUEST
What interests me most about this project projects or this technology or even the apprenticeship system, degree apprenticeship, you could say, is that someone can not only earn a salary and a degree at the same time, they can also transition from higher education into the working environment with ease.

Iyioluwa AdesanGUEST
We already know that that transition is quite daunting, right? So from a systems perspective, we've been able to tackle the root cause of the problem by going to schools and understanding where the problem breaks, where the signal breaks, and what sort of intervention program would be useful for schools to leverage into their system as an additional layer of support to aid that transition from higher education into employment.

What do you see that's common in apprenticeships? What's universal and what changes a lot based on the country?
