well, what sort of ecology or what sort of environmental conditions should I create to prevent this kind of behavior? So, for example, perhaps we should audit delegation to AI agents and then impose consequences on them so that people feel a real kind of reputational consequences or even maybe financial consequences.

if they cheat using AI agents or they undertake unethical actions, for example, cheat on their taxes through AI.

So that's kind of like the background.

And the question now becomes, well, under what conditions can we make AIs more prosocial or more like moral or ethical or legal.

Of course, we have the force of the law in order to achieve that.

So we can make certain things illegal.

And it's important to understand that very big picture.
