Um, I, I encourage athletes to try to do that, and especially if, if you're a newer athlete, especially first timers, um, women that don't wanna come till the women's divisions start, it's, it's like if, if you're not really familiar and comfortable with this, come and watch the men's divisions, 'cause it, it gives your nerves time to settle.

It gives you an idea of the flow of the stage, how the head judge is gonna be calling.

Um, it, it kind of just familiarizes yourself with everything, in addition to you being able to be there to support those athletes on the stage, and vice versa, you know, for, for men to stay after they compete and cheer on the women.

Um, you know, it, it's, it's a huge community that's incredibly supportive of each other.

Um, I, I guess I'd just like to encourage more athletes to hang around, cheer for the other athletes competing the way that you would like them to cheer for you.

Um, and so, uh, take a moment to kind of tell the importance of that meeting, um, why to go.

The, the athletes meetings are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended.
