Um, but the consequences of that, we live in, um, unprecedented times.

Are you gonna be able to survive that, or do you have to survive that five years to be able to enjoy that?

What got you into maybe vacation rental, short term rentals in the first place and what you're focused on today?

I started in the industry in 2015 by major accident.

My sister had one apartment in Paris and she was struggling to pay rent.

And so there was this new platform coming along called Airbnb.

And she was like, well, I'm going to list my property, but one God knows what's going to happen.

I'm going to go live with a friend of mine for a few weeks.
