But I always...

I, I generally find myself a little dissatisfied afterwards 'cause I wanna know, like, well, what's going on, like, behind the career? Like, s- someone's career is great, but I always have this interest in, like, yeah, what, what's going on with their family? What, what are they like behind the art, not just the art? And that, that was the clear aim and ambition, and there's, like, a great documentary called Q&The Boxer that's now maybe 10-plus years old that was a great kind of inspiration, and it's, it's both the artist and kind of this artist's family.

And so that, that was kind of one perspective.

But the, like, getting behind, getting in front of the camera myself and passing the camera back and forth, that was not part of the plan originally, and that was once I started working with my editor Elise Aarons, where she kind of...

I, I, I guess someone suggested it.

We tried it once, and she was like, "This is really interesting.

I think it's a very, very relatable question.

And so I think first and foremost, I would just offer you and any listeners compassion for the plight that is being a modern person on planet Earth.

W- I, I think this is one of the, the major reckonings that we all have to face, and I don't think there's a right or a wrong answer, sadly.

I wish I could just give you a quick fix and sell you something for $5 that does it all.

Um, I think it's more about how can you and everyone create some sort of barrier or, or boundary that protects your time so that we're not always clued in or glued in to the news.
