Yeah, I mean, I think that the biggest or, you know, we always from the get go talk about skin toxicity.

It's the most frequent thing that or challenge that we have with this regimen.

There can be life-threatening rashes, things like Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

So I think that that is definitely on the face, the most challenging adverse event, though I will say for me personally, peripheral neuropathy is haunting because it's something where I think the majority of patients actually have numbness, not burning or electrical discomfort.

We have really good medications for painful neuropathy.
