According to you and what you've seen so far, what is the single best piece of evidence that you have that this actually works?

Well, I would say probably the most important experiment comes out of the University of Alberta.

That's where all the foundational science supporting our drug candidate comes from.

It was published by Sadat and his colleagues at the University of Alberta in a 2021 paper published in the Journal of Controlled Release.

And what they had done is they took the nano-formulated PNKP inhibitor, that's the formulation that we tend to carry into humans, and they tested it in P10 deficient colorectal cancer xenografts.

So a xenograft is a human tumor grown in a mouse, and it is the standard means of establishing whether a compound does anything genuine to a human cancer before we test it in humans.

So in that experiment, the encapsulated drug demonstrated single agent antitumor activity.
