I'm a mutual aid organiser and activist who is on the NDIS and who has a lot of loved ones who currently receive help from the NDIS.

The proposed plan to cut 160,000 people off the NDIS is a plan to literally remove all support from one fifth of people under this scheme.

The fallout from this decision will be wide reaching, catastrophic and extremely costly.

Many people with serious health conditions depend on support through the NDIS to stay alive.

If this essential support is taken away, many already unwell people will find themselves left with very few options for their future.
