13:59
What are you talking about?
14:00
You've done well there.
14:02
Yeah, I think to maybe give that a bit more color.
14:04
Yeah, we've seen fairly good growth over the last couple of years.
14:08
And maybe for the listeners, again, it's important to understand contextually, I think strategically as a group, We've always said that we want to accommodate 80% of our students to study via the distance learning mode of delivery and 20% via contact learning.
14:25
At the half year, we were around about 87% of our students studying in the distance mode of delivery and 13% via contact learning.
14:35
I think over the last two to three years, and particularly post-COVID, we've really seen that more students want to have a contact learning experience, particularly those school leavers want to have an experience with fellow students.

14 MINS LATER

29:12
Isak, you want to talk to the CAPEX and especially the expansion that we are currently busy with at our four contact learning campuses in Stardew High Road?
11:57
Uh, what's that, uh, looking like for the next year?
12:01
Matteo, I think, um, we flagged it in our half-year results.
12:05
We've, over the last couple of years, really invested into, uh, contact, in, into contact learning distance-- uh, into the contact learning mode, uh, really putting down a significant amount of infrastructure.
12:16
In the period, we've spent a hundred and forty-seven million rand on capital and infrastructure projects.
12:21
I think we've-- notably the highlight being the seventy-nine million rand in our flagship Durbanville campus.
12:27
And, uh, Matteo, to, to continue to meet the strong demand, um, we are-- we've embarked on a strategy to continue with further expansions in our existing footprint, and we believe that, uh, the investment, uh, will yield the required return.
12:45
So we don't see...
13:25
What do you think is attracting more students to your institutions?
2:50
What's that looking like for the next year?
2:54
Mateo, I think we flagged it in our half-year results.
2:58
We've, over the last couple of years, really invested into contact learning distance, into the contact learning mode, really putting down a significant amount of infrastructure.
3:09
In the period, we've spent 147 million rand on capital and infrastructure projects.
3:14
I think we've notably, the highlight being the 79 million rand in our flagship terminal campus.
3:20
And Mateo, to continue to meet the strong demand We've embarked on a strategy to continue with further expansions in our existing footprint, and we believe that the investment will yield the required return.
3:39
We see some elevated spend on the capital side, but we've got fairly low levels of gearing and continued good cash generation, so we don't see a significant amount of debt on the balance sheet.
4:17
What do you think is attracting more students to your institutions?
