present the case of a fifty-three-year-old man presenting with a ruptured type five thoracoabdominal aneurysm with an isolated seven point one centimeter inferial aortic aneurysm.

The patient arrived with a contained rupture of his type five component and was taken for emergent repair of this section using rifampin impregnated Dacron with a beveled distal anastomosis across the celiac and superior mesenteric orifices.
