I feel like I've just – yeah, I feel like it's something that definitely come very naturally to me.

Isabel VelaGUEST
I think my parents were very – I was very, very privileged and grateful to have parents who – like encourage me all the time and like I always had my parents really close and like they just made me feel like I was like could do anything that I put my mind to so that kind of happened but I feel like yeah I did go through my teens and I went through a lot of difficult times with friends and partners or whatever it was and that kind of crushed me down and it was like maybe when I went to like I was drinking a lot and partying and smoking and doing things that were like just not true to me and and so I felt like I lost myself a lot and then once I hit I think it was like 21 22 I just kind of was like I can't be doing this anymore I need to find myself and that's when I kind of got into manifestation so I read a lot of books I listened to a lot of podcasts I consumed myself with people that I wanted to be like um And that helped me kind of find myself again.

What, like, do you think of that? And if teens are kind of in that spot now, should they, like, take a step back and realise what they're doing? Right.
