What do you like about the venture capital role? What is most interesting for you as a VC?

That is a really interesting question because I actually think that being at VC really differs whether you're investing in the sort of very early stages or more sort of within the growth part of the venture journey.

And I will refer your question back to the work I'm doing now, which is for those that haven't heard of Entrepreneurs First, we are an accelerator, but we'd actually call ourselves a talent investor.

And that's because we are uniquely different.

We invest in individuals and we're the best place for them to start their company journey.

Specifically, what this means is we help them build a team around them.

So most likely find a co-founder or if not, be sort of a solo founder with a team around them.

How do you adapt to this changing environment at EF?
