You're ready to jam out.
35:10
Yeah.
35:11
So much of last night was about performances, like the amazing cast from Camp Rock 3, which I watched yesterday 'cause it came out, and it is so much fun.
35:20
Uh, but I will not be performing for you.
35:22
We will, though, coming up, get to talk to a lot of the folks that did perform, and I got time with Jon Favreau.
35:28
Oh, now I broke the guitar.
35:29
Uh-

The following podcast is a Dear Media production.

What is up, guys, and welcome back to Sunday Sports Club.
0:05
Look, it is happening every week, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
0:10
It's just me and the gang, and we're chatting about sports.
0:13
And you know what's funny? I come in here a lot, and I don't even talk about sports.
0:18
I am the former NFL player.
0:20
I played seven years in the NFL.

13 MINS LATER

13:46
Yeah,
7:26
And I know I just said, like, pros, it's a different story, not as bad, but I think you have, like, I use the term cortisol.
7:32
Like, I think your fight or flight that you develop in college just carries over.
7:38
Even now as, like, a husband, dad, life stressors, like, that carries over.
7:42
So everything felt so intense in college, down to, like, how a coach might even, like, facial expression.
7:51
Everything, it just, like, hits you and I think that's where I really started struggles in the NFL where, like, you know, you get released or, like, you switch teams, and it's just, like, every day you're going to the facility, you're miserable.
8:02
Like, I've never clinically felt depression, but, like, when I was with the Browns, for instance, or the Colts, like, both those scenarios, I feel like I was pretty darn close to what, like, being depressed would feel like.

[laughs]
15:54
Those are the guys, Isaiah, that the guys down there in Tennessee, that's what catches my
16:00
eye.
16:00
This is super interesting to look at, by the way.
16:02
Just having the visuals, it puts it in perspective.
16:05
I'm actually going to talk about these two individuals right here.
16:08
Munkin and Shadur Sanders.
16:09
First off, I think the obvious observation is he may not be the guy, right? We don't know what they're going to do in the offseason.
19:28
But as long as these two are on the same page, instant success is here for me, Isaiah.
21:03
Old Trapper, what is your beef?
21:05
You're listening to the Jim Rome Show.

26 MINS LATER

47:10
He is Isaac Rochell.
47:11
I'm excellent, Jim.
47:12
Appreciate you having me on.
47:13
You got, you have the best voice.
47:15
I, I swear it's like you have the perfect radio voice and you have a face for TV, you do it all.
43:21
So when you say initially, "I was not a Shedeur fan," initially, why were you not? What turned you off initially or what made you kind of question him initially?
43:31
Yeah, I think, I think preseason-wise, I wasn't blown away by him.
43:35
I mean, it's not like this was a guy that came in and dominated in preseason.
43:39
And then I looked at his college career, he was successful, but I had so many question marks around the system that he was in.
43:47
I mean, w- who doesn't want their dad as their head coach as a quarterback in college football? It's gonna be the best situation for him to be successful as a quarterback, have the highest completion percentage in the NCAA, of course, 'cause he can take sacks, his coach isn't gonna tell him to not take sacks, and his offense is gonna set him up perfectly to be successful in college.
44:06
So then you have that.
44:07
Then he goes in the preseason, has a very, eh, preseason, not, doesn't blow anybody away, um, and then obviously Flacco started.
45:26
... for acquiring a Southern accent on the flight to LSU, did you find him to be an authentic coach when you played for him? And then why do you think that he didn't have the success in Baton Rouge that he had in South Bend?
