Um, But does being connected to a team that's been at the top of the NHL over the past few years directly correlate to what Savannah is trying to build?

Absolutely.

I think it helps as well.

I think if one thing it's brought, it's brought a little bit of stability when it comes to the hockey side of things.

Not saying that Vegas was a bad affiliate whatsoever for the Ghost Pirates in their first couple of seasons, but being able to get guys sent down from the AHL, having to fly across country, that's a tough doing to be able to do that.

Now, You know, if we get players sent down from Charlotte, it's not that far away.

And it also helps that, you know, the owner of the Charlotte Checkers is Zoria Sports Entertainment, who owns the Savannah Ghost Pirates as well.

So what have your interactions and what have your conversations with Coach Staubin been?

Yeah, so my normal game day is I'll get to the arena about 8, 830 for a normal 7 o'clock start.

I like to go talk to our coaches.

We had a really close staff this past year, so it's always good to go down and say hi to them, see how their mornings are going, talk to some of the guys real quick and passing, not really just asking anything of them, just kind of being like, hey, how are you doing? Hey, let's go get them today and so on and so forth.

I like to be down there in case they want to ask me questions about like, hey, my parents are coming to the game.
