it probably carries along to my next question is look you you had your career uh you spent your time in the nfl uh you you left football you were in law enforcement for a while and then came back to coaching so i'd love to hear you know why was it like how did you know that coaching was the thing and and what was the biggest transition that you had to make in terms of whether whether it's mentality or the way that you worked or just your approach to certain things because you weren't the guy doing it you were trying to encourage others to i i'd love to hear about that
