You know, or this is the structure, this is the way it'll work, and it doesn't.

We're all uniquely different.

We, all three of us here on the show, we could go and have the exact same experience, the exact same training, but how we deliver it and how we process it from a psychological point of view is gonna be completely different.

So we can step into a room and deliver the same program, and it'll be different.

And I know Kelly and I met, um, a long time ago in an online program where we were being taught how to get online, how to be visible, and how to coach.

And it was probably one of the most toxic environments I was ever in.
