So tell me a little bit about, you know, why did you want to share your birth story with other people? Why did you want to come on the podcast?

Yeah, I think for me I really had no idea just how sort of beautiful and sacred and special birthing could be.

I had all these stories, you know, about hospital births and kind of always had a bit of a fear of birth and then also kind of a fear of hospitals and um just having some incidents as a child and anyways I thought okay if that's what birth's gonna be like then you know then so be it but then I had a friend Francesca who had a beautiful home birth and I remember when we felt pregnant the first thing she said to me was okay you have to listen to the she births podcast and you have to oh what's the other thing she said one other thing Oh, and there was another podcast she mentioned, I forgot it now, but she said these two podcasts and one of them was you.

Oh, and she said to sign up for your program.

And so I did it.

I remember I was in Bali and I just downloaded on Spotify SheVest podcast and started listening episode at a time, like from the beginning.

Anyway, so I had, you know, I had this idea.
