What advice do you have for people who want to do what you do? What's the first step? Should they go the performing route first, or can you get in and be a director and a writer?
33:24
So I think, you know, it really depends on what your heart wants.
33:28
Like if directing is something but you don't want to be a performer, you know, give it a shot.
33:33
Like I started without anything and I just made films and the more films that I made, the more people noticed.
33:42
But it's really hard and if you don't have funding, I don't recommend it.
34:02
does 2026 have in store for you?
34:08
Just like more and more projects you know just also telling people about foreplay films and you know I'm also a sex educator and counselor so sort of combining all of the like like pleasure for me is not something just visual like in porn there's pleasure because you see something but then also like you know the mental health and emotional well-being also impacts pleasure so that's what I'm gonna do.

Mm-hmm.
31:28
So we can't just PayPal or, like, whatever stripe that normal people use.
31:32
So we have, like, like, specific, uh, payment p- processors that sort of, you know, are all on the up and up.
31:39
They're very regulated.
31:40
'Cause now Visa and Mas- Mastercard are really kinda, like, um, on it, and so, like, every month we're getting, like, a little thing of, like, "This is all the stuff that you need to do, and this is the paperwork, and this is what you need on your website, and this is how you need to, like...
31:57
Like, people need to be able to report stuff," and, like, this and that.
32:02
Um, so yeah, we have a...

When you, when you work with talent for the first time, do they, are there any of them that kinda struggle to speak up 'cause they're just not used to it? I mean, do you, do you see that?
15:35
... that you work with as well? What's their take on, do some of them work in both mainstream porn and as well as with you?
15:41
Oh, yeah, everybody does.
15:43
Yeah, I mean, I, I definitely have very, like, specific feedback and, you know, like, people have, like, spoken on my behalf, and I guess there's, you know, people that I'm, like, closer to that I've become friends over time.
15:56
You know, like, like Megan Mistakes, she would tell you that the only reason she's in porn at all is because of me, because she was on my set and she loved it, and sort of, you know, I made that possible.
16:06
Or Nicole Kidd, who I'm very close to, who, like, this experience and being on a porn where you're being seen and you're being asked questions and you're being considered and involved, it gives you this level of, oh, this is what I am allowed to have.
16:22
Now I can ask for this elsewhere.
16:58
Mm-hmm.
16:58
And we can't pay anybody if we're not getting paid [laughs] for it, so you know, I think that's sort of the, the rule number one.
27:46
Mm-hmm.
27:47
And, you know, I have taken it upon myself to create more like real life sex that is like, you know, more.
27:56
When I talk to talent, I ask them to do like at home sex versus like performative sex.
28:02
But a lot of porn is performance because it's a fantasy that is fulfilling something, you know, other than real life.
28:10
You know, it's movies or things that, you know.
28:14
not necessarily happen in real life.
28:16
But yeah, porn literacy is the only way that we can create context for porn and understand porn and the purpose of porn and watch it with knowledge about what we're seeing.

So when you think about making a scene, right, and you think about making it from the female gaze, like what are some things that might make that scene specifically different than like what we would call mainstream porn?
