And I think when they, when PennDOT, which is, you know, the State Department of Transportation, started this reconstruction, you know, they thought they were being very progressive people.

So if we bring it back to the kind of immediate practical questions at hand, the rebuild of I-95 that is planned but not yet executed for South Philadelphia, is there room to meaningfully change those plans? Are there practical steps, things that we could do that any of you think would make a difference down there?
