So I will describe as what I figured out for myself.

Um, there are many ways to be successful, so I don't have a recipe which is universal.

So when I come in in a new position, um, especially in private equity environment, where we step in into a company which was just acquired, um, by a private equity firm, and we're on an aggressive timeline.

We're trying to change something in the business.
