Um, there's, they're a lot more stringent as to which companies can hire engineers from abroad.

I'll give you a specific example.

One of our clients, um, Fintech from Toronto raised around eleven million dollars in funding.

They almost got a refusal.

We had to do a lot of, you know, asking politely and, uh, pleading our case for, with the officer, but they almost got a, a LMA refused, uh, for a senior engineer, hundred and forty thousand dollar a year salary, Ruby on Rails developer, ten years experience.
