Basically, this report is very important because it's the first time that we tried to measure this value with such granularity.

Before, as John said, there was a lot of saying about the value of pubs within local communities, but it was mainly based on anecdotal evidence, stories, narratives, which are fine, but when you attach a figure to that particular story, that's when it becomes important, and that's exactly what the report does.

So, you mentioned 1.3 million, which is the contribution of average pubs into the local communities.

This is a very important figure, but I would like to stress the importance of pubs in stimulating activities, stimulating relationships, stimulating things that otherwise wouldn't be there in the local community.

We managed, for example, to understand how much these activities were worth in our community.
