What makes offer different than the other executive firms and what kind of candidate would be great to work with you? Because we owe you an introduction about your great work that you're doing as well.

Yeah.

So I would say that I can, here's what I can tell you.

I can tell you the reason why historically organizations have come to us.

And it's usually because they recognize that executive search is largely broken, that it's this sort of dark hole that no one really knows what's going on behind the scenes.

And that it's oftentimes just recycling the same people.

And under the guise of this meritocracy, you know, we pick the best people, but you know, in 15 years of doing this, I can count on two hands.

Was this a trigger event and how did that come about? I think you mentioned something like losing your father.

So talk about what the twisties now mean to you and when you realized you had the work twisties.

For me, that coincided with the loss of my dad and recognizing that a baton had been passed that I wasn't equipped for, I wasn't ready for.

But it also cycled along the time that my company was growing and different things were required of me.

And I found myself in a place where I couldn't do basic things.

So similar to a gymnast that, you know, Simone, she could do a cartwheel with her eyes closed on a four-inch beam, but she couldn't do it because that connection was broken.

I couldn't do sales meetings.

I would go into meetings and just sort of mid-conversation just completely be like, I don't know what happens next.

You've, in my opinion, built a company that asks leaders to be brave, to look honestly at themselves and at their culture and So I'm curious what bravery looks like to you in your work and how it sort of creates your approach to working with companies.
