10:20Uh, could you tell me a bit more about IP cooperation efforts with enlargement partners under this EU4IP, um, umbrella?

Ibon OrmazabalGUEST
The EU4IP initiative was, uh, launched formally 1st of January 2024 and covers, uh, IP cooperation activities in Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, and Armenia.

Ibon OrmazabalGUEST
And, uh, since January this year, but also with the integration conference that was celebrated today, the, uh, geographical, uh, uh, scope has been enlarged as well to include cooperation with, with the Western Balkans.

Ibon OrmazabalGUEST
Um, so today is a good day because this is an initiative that we have been building and trying to, to materialize for quite a few years, actually, uh, with, uh, IP offices from the Western Balkans, together with the Republic of Moldova, that is also, uh, participating in regional activities under this new component of the EU4, EU4IP project.

Ibon OrmazabalGUEST
The program, let's say it shares basically between the both components more or less the same, uh, objectives.

Ibon OrmazabalGUEST
It has been, uh, very well explained as well, uh, on the primary objective that it's, of course, the alignment of the legal framework under the EU acquis communautaire.

Ibon OrmazabalGUEST
So besides this primary objective, of course you can have a very nice legal framework, but of course, the priority is also supporting with the implementation of the practice of how this trademark registration and, uh, protection, it's, it's really done.

13:38So could you give me some examples of tangible results that have already, uh, happened or that you're planning on implementing?
