I'm like, this is this is young Batman.

I mean, Ian Somerhalder is exactly who you cast as a young Bruce Wayne at that time.

obviously it didn't go that way but there were like think i think adams in like six episodes i think for like the first three they absolutely could have made him batman then he started i think at that point i mean this is all conjecture right but we're all you know it's all hearsay and all that but it's like they they tried it i mean they obviously were trying as they say here they tried it and at some point you know the higher ups were like hey cut that out he can't be batman and so they had that weird zombie thing going on with him at the end um I've come to this line of thinking over the years.

There is something nice, and I love Batman.

I am familiar with the work of Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev from other stuff, and I don't think that they're good actors.

Well, and yeah, if you go casting like that, like I could see Ian Somerhalder who was in the Vampire Diaries.

He would, he could be, you know, great.

He could, Hades' curl on his hair, the white curl, is actually Richard Madden, who was in Game of Thrones, and he was the prince of Cinderella-like.

Police of course jumped on it and pulled the boys in for questioning, and their explanation was pretty simple.

They claimed after leaving Cassie's house, they went to the movies and they saw Pulse, a tech horror movie starring Kristen Bell as a student and Ian Somerhalder as a computer hacker who have to stop a deadly computer virus from taking over the world or something like that, and that was it.

That's their story.

They're sticking to it.

I was super excited, looking forward to it.

However, I really, really wanted to go see Ian Somerhalder, and meet him, pick.

I brought that up, and he knew what I wanted to do, and he just never got around to letting me do that.

We waited an hour and a half to see John Cena, Another hour to meet Ric Flair.

I mean, yeah.

I mean, I'm happy, right? I waited with him, and he can wait with me.

Like, the whole thing was to do it together, right? I know Ian Somerhalder isn't, like, his cup of tea, but, like, we can sit and hang out in the line just like we did to meet John Cena.

Like, it's just...

It was real.

And there was two of those moments, and th- and those guys, these guys would end up becoming very good friends of mine, and that'd be Ian Somerhalder, when I busted out the Old Crow, and his appreciation for that, and our continued conversations about Old Crow and how much he loves it and, you know, the incredible stories behind, uh, behind Old Crow.

And, um, and when I busted out, like, a 60-year-old scotch with, uh, with Jared Allen, who, you know, he and I started a podcast called Fourth and Neat together.

So I'd say those are two very special ones, uh, for me.

He plays Sean Bateman as the smirking, dead-eyed Void.

You've got Shannon Sossaman playing Lauren, Ian Somerhalder as Paul Denton, plus Jessica Biel, Kit Pardue, and even a young Kate Bosworth making an appearance.

But the real star of the Rules of Attraction isn't the ensemble cast.
