So I, I agree with Teresa.

I wouldn't see Teach First as a polar opposite to, uh, good practice in teacher education because, well, particularly in England because it is carefully structured, and it does have involvement of, uh, study of education as well as practice of education.

Uh, there are two additional points though that I would make.

One is Teach First has the, uh, advantage, if you like, of, of actually recruiting very, very, um, talented and enthusiastic people.

Do you think it's possible to scale the Michigan State University model and the Oxford model to more pre-service teacher training, teacher education in England and in the US? Do you, I mean, is that a feasible goal?
