Even if you pop into, let's say you popped into the local branch of whatever bank you're with those people that you go speak to they're not in commercial bank so then they have to refer to someone else so even those people that you go speak to initially they're referring you to someone else people just don't know what they don't know whereas i find at least in the resi space now with all this content coming out you can find a lot of things online whereas even if you pop into the branch at least the banker there will be able to give you a good guidance commercial It's like a whole different world, like you say.
