And their commitment was to provide one hour of pro bono assistance to a self-represented party, usually an applicant, but sometimes a small business as well.

And they would assist them through the legal process of whatever their case involved.

Usually an unfair dismissal could have been a discrimination or general protections case.

And then it grew.

The demand for it grew and the number of partners grew.
