And then I guess, so you had these races, so maybe the races are part of the answer to this question, but, um, Where do you feel like you remember being like the challenging points through training for your first marathon, like the runs that kind of knocked the confidence or were you were feeling like less good about the marathon, I guess?

So I remember somewhere in the midst of this whole training, I did like the long run, you know, it's the infamous marathon.

20 mile a day because I had read, OK, well, this is what you have to do.

And I, you know, this was 2017, 2018.

Like, yeah, social media was around, but there wasn't as much.

It was just more like whatever your friends said.

And I was looking to these runners in Sanford who were like well into the ultra running scene.
