Yeah, I think when we spoke earlier in the season, bro, I sort of just mentioned I stripped it right back and probably went through a few tough times and had to really think about why I play rugby.

And I said it in front of all the group as well when we were doing, I guess, our whys.

And my whys was to have fun.

And, you know, I played rugby when I was...

Five, seven, nine years old just to have fun.

So I think stripping it right back to those reasons was really, I guess, was massive for me in terms of going that next step, I think, and just really enjoying it.

Um, and I've spent a bit of time with the Crusaders, uh, for pre-season.
